UNITED KINGDOM - RECORDED DELIVERY - 1 to 2 Days

Recorded delivery is charged at £2.95.

• Please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

• Recorded delivery provides the customer with a tracking number and insurance to cover any loss or damage to the items.
• Upon receipt of the order a signature will be required.
• If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot.

EUROPE - SIGNED FOR DELIVERY

European deliveries are charged at £6.00 plus £1.00 per item.

• Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.
• A signature will be required upon arrival of your order.
• If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a calling card so that you may rearrange delivery or collect the item(s) from your local depot.

In the event of a non-arrival of an order we must allow 28 days from dispatch date before we can investigate.

REST OF THE WORD - SIGNED FOR DELIVERY

International deliveries are charged at £8.00 plus £1.00 per item. Heavier items may incur an additional fee which will automatically be calculated at the checkout.

IMPORTANT NOTE: CUSTOM CHARGES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges must be borne by you and we have no control over them. We cannot predict how much these charges will be. Since customs vary country to country please contact you local customs office for further information.

ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY

Orders will be delivered to you between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30pm, Monday to Saturday. Royal Mail cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8.30am-5.30pm window. If no one is present to accept the delivery at the stated address the driver will leave a delivery attempt card with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery.
