At My Yard we always aim to give the best service possible and ensure we check all orders that we send out. However if you have a change of heart or just wish to switch your item, we will be happy to offer free return for exchange or refund through your original payment method. The only exceptions we have due to hygiene concerns are pierced jewellery and swimwear, which we are not able to give refunds or exchange for unless they are faulty.

HOW TO RETURN UNWANTED OR UNSUITABLE ITEMS:

With each order we send out we enclose a returns form, simply complete the form and post it back along with your item within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of receipt of goods. Once we receive the goods back we will give a full refund including postage (when original postage has be paid) through your original payment method. Please note that returns can take up to 5 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what’s happening with your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS:

Please carefully check your items once you receive them. Should an item arrive faulty/ damaged please email us at returns@my-yard.co.uk stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. We will then send you a free returns postage bag. You have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order.

For faulty items that have been worn/used or returns that do not fall under our Returns Policy, please email us at returns@my-yard.co.uk for further assistance. These may be accepted at the discretion of My Yard.

RETURN POLICY:

All returned items will be thoroughly checked and must be unworn, unwashed and in the original condition in which they were sold along with all tags, branding and accompanying marketing material. Do not remove tags before trying on items, as we cannot accept items that have had the tags cut off or re-attached.

All items listed as vintage are authentic and will often show signs of age. We do thoroughly check over all of our vintage products to ensure they are in good condition. We also carefully inspect each item detailing any wear so please ensure that any returned items are in original condition as when received. All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. My Yard holds no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
